In 1996 Howard 'Bo' Sapper, a 30-year veteran of the music industry founded Extrordinaire Media after being approached by former Sony and Arista senior executives seeking to create thematic musical properties. The original purpose of the company was to create music that transports listeners to sacred regions around the United States and the world. In response to a growing need and demand for a wider and more diverse array of artist and production services in the ever expanding universe of the music industry, Extrordinaire Media was expanded into a full service entertainment company in 1998.
Today Extrordinaire Media manages all aspects of the entertainment business from A & R, financial forecasting, marketing, and promotion as well as negotiating domestic and international recording licensing and distribution agreements. Extrordinaire Media also specializes in non-traditional marketing and distribution, creative services, label operations and publishing, and provides assistance to artists and producers from the earliest concept stage all the way to the production of projects, including artist consultations and career deveopment services, press kit design, and mixing, mastering and manufacturing. Extrodinaire Media also produces festivals, live bookings and stage events.
